QVI POINTS WEBINAR TRAINING SESSIONS

Sign up now to get a fuller understanding of QVI Points – the thousands of destinations, cruises and activities; the easy-to-use website; how to buy Points; and various frequently asked questions will all be answered at these sessions!

Each 1.5 hour long session* is limited to 26 attendees, and will be conducted in English only.

Check the Cancellation Policy of your QVI Points reservation before you decide on a cancellation.

We understand that your holiday plans may change at times, and the need to cancel your reservations may arise.

However, all QVI Points reservations are bound by cancellation policies. Some of the QVI Points reservations are non-refundable or cancellable. Generally, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 18,600 Points or in accordance to the amount chargeable by the relevant Merchant, whichever is higher.

If you intend to make a cancellation, please do read through the Cancellation Policy of your QVI Points reservation, which is indicated within the QVI Points Reservation Summary carefully before making a decision to do so.

Online Cancellation Service is now available

QVI Points customers can now cancel their confirmed reservations online, instead of sending an email to our Customer Experience Ambassadors.

Once you have read through the Cancellation Policy of the QVI Points reservation you intend to cancel, and have decided to proceed with it, you can make an online cancellation with the following steps:

1) Log in to www.qvipoints.com
2) Select ‘My Account’ tab

3) Click on ‘View Reservations’

4) Click on ‘Cancel Reservation’

5) Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
6) Once the cancellation is completed, you will receive an email acknowledgement.

Please note that once an existing reservation is cancelled, the reservation cannot be reinstated. You will have to make a new booking for the new dates on which you would like to travel on (subject to availability). Should there be any QVI Points left after deduction of the same as a result of cancellation of a reservation, the balance QVI Points shall be refunded back to your QVI Points Account within the next 72 hours.
